2. Acceptance of the Terms

Before placing an order, the customer must review and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Return Policy. Selecting “Buy,” “Add to cart,” or an equivalent button does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted by the seller. An order is accepted when the seller confirms it by email, telephone, message, or order-status update.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the customer has authority to enter into the purchase transaction.

3. Products and Product Information

Each product page should state the product name, brand, volume, main characteristics, image, availability status, and final selling price. Product images are provided for identification and may not reproduce every minor packaging or colour variation.

Perfume must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Customers with sensitive skin or known allergies should review the product label and, where appropriate, seek professional advice. Perfume should be stored away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and children, and should not be used for a purpose other than its intended purpose.

4. Prices and Order Total

Prices on the website are shown in AMD and include VAT. Any delivery fee is shown separately. Before the order is confirmed, the customer will be shown the product price, quantity, delivery charge, discounts if applicable, and the final total payable.

If there is an obvious technical or pricing error, the seller may contact the customer to correct the error or cancel the order. If payment has already been made, the seller will refund the amount paid, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s processing rules.

5. Placing an Order

The customer selects the product and quantity, provides the required contact and delivery information, chooses a payment method, and submits the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the supplied information.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address or telephone number, the seller will attempt to contact the customer and agree on the next steps. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect customer information may apply only where permitted by law and clearly communicated to the customer.

6. Payment Methods and Bank VPOS

Payment may be made through Bank’s VPOS system if that method is available at checkout, and through cash or card on delivery.

For a VPOS payment, the customer enters card details on the bank’s payment page. The order is accepted for fulfilment only after positive payment confirmation and seller confirmation, where applicable. If payment is declined, cancelled, interrupted, or not confirmed, the order may remain unconfirmed.

The website does not request a card PIN or ask customers to send confidential card details by email or messenger. The website should not store full card details when the VPOS integration is configured as described above.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available in Yerevan and other areas. The usual delivery period after order confirmation is 1-2 days.

Delivery times may change because of weather, transport, public holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control. The customer will be informed of material delays where reasonably possible.

Upon delivery, the customer should reasonably inspect the external condition of the package and, where possible, confirm that the product corresponds to the order. If the package appears damaged or the wrong product was delivered, the customer should contact info@aminiperfume.com or +374 33 188 199 promptly and provide the order number and photographs.

8. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

The detailed cancellation, return, and refund procedure is set out in the separate Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Complaints and Disputes

A complaint may be sent to info@aminiperfume.com or submitted at Tigran Mets street 19/30, Ashtarak, Armenia. The complaint should include the customer’s name, order number, description of the issue, and requested resolution.

The parties will first attempt to resolve complaints through good-faith communication. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be handled under the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia by the competent authorities or courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

The seller may update these Terms when the website, products, payment services, delivery process, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on the website with its effective date. The version in force when the order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law or a specific agreement provides otherwise.
